Please allow me to share a little information about Middle Tennessee's premier celebration of wine and food, the eighth annual Franklin Wine Festival, presented by Cool Springs Wines & Spirits and supported by Nissan, being held October 19th throughout The Factory at Franklin.
Attendees of this event will enjoy extensive offerings by Middle Tennessee's finest chefs paired with over 300 selected wines from around the world, enjoying live entertainment on multiple stages, as well as bidding on wonderful surprises during the silent and live auction held simultaneous with the tasting events. We would like to request that you contribute an auction item for our line-up of either the live or silent auction. In addition, we will be promoting this year's auction line-up in our advance publicity - so don't miss out on being featured as one of our partners!
Your company will have the chance to be prominently presented to the discriminating attendees at the event that is certain to be the talk of the town. All proceeds of the Franklin Wine Festival and the auction will go to serve more children with a mentor through the BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS program. Because of the success of last year's Franklin Wine Festival event - 137 children were served with a one-to-one mentor, enabling them to better overcome adversity and realize a new and brighter future for themselves.
Funds raised by this event are used to conduct background checks on volunteers to ensure child safety; and provide ongoing support for children, families and volunteers to build and sustain long-lasting relationships. Children enrolled in BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS' programs show statistically significant improvement in educational success; avoidance of risky behaviors; and higher aspirations, greater confidence and better relationships.
